Additional Information: I had done business with this user previously and everything went well. I had also tried to buy more from him at that time but my cashapp was limited. 3 days ago he sent me a message saying that he had fixed his paypal if I wanted to buy more, which I agreed to since last time everything went good. Now this time I ask to sell me a Prepaid for $25 and I sent him the crypto. He said he would get back to me which he never did that day. Then the following day I get a message from him saying he fell asleep and that now he doesnt have low amount Prepaids but offers one with $213.02 for a discounted price if I send him $50, I send him the crypto and he said he would let me know when he gets it an entire day went by and no updates meanwhile has been active in the forum and posting on telegram. Reached out today asking for my money back and still no answers.

@Sungwoo500 reached out saying he had been busy and provided a dead card after I had previously stated to pm me so I could send my BTC address. I said that I didnt want the card and to send me money then he procedeed to delete the entire telegram chat and block me.

Buyer is a complete fucking liar. Yes I took long to respond because I was busy. After I told him sorry and sent card. Then he views the card then after 30 mins messages how do I know if card is real? Why would I send you a dead card. Then after 30 more mins hes demanding a refund so I go and check card and of course the fucking card is complete dead.

This guy didn’t know how to use the fucking card killed it and now is demanding a refund of course I blocked him because I don’t have the time to go back and fourth with him and would rather just take it up with Moderator. I also have a screenshot of him fucking killing the card.

Seller @Sungwoo500 is lying to clean his hands. I didnt check the card once and I stated multiple times I just wanted the money back before he deleted all messages. I even let him know to PM so I could provide him with my btc address for a refund instead after he took 3 days to respond, yet he instead send the card directly without regarding the previous message. Seller also claims to have been busy meanwhile he was active on the forum and on telegram posting stories during this time. I was also replying almost instantly to his message and he was the one taking some time to answer, yet he is lying about me taking 30 minutes to answer, I was not able to take screenshots of the last conversation exchange due to him deleting everything before I could do so. Seller also claims I dont know how to use the cards but I had already done business with him previously. Deleting messages and blocking me while knowing theres an active dispute on the forum proves the seller is in the wrong here and was not willing to have a positive resolution to the issue. If seller is not banned please place Deal with Caution tag on his profile.
