Additional Information: so i bought an account and i asked him twice if delivery will be instant and he said 30 minute's, i need an account urgently to buy meds and this mf said yea lol 30 mins max, once i sent the payment this retard ghosted for 17 hours, i kept spamming and before he sent bad account i told him i alr bought 4 accounts from other sellers i dont need it anymore time was specific before i sent payment, i dont need something one year later, he never responded until now with a dead account i bought PayPal US with bank linked and he sent me random account without any bank unconfirmed new trash account, i don't need any account from this bitch anymore, i need my refund, he did this twice, i bought 3 times, first 2 accounts dead within 3 days, 3rd he never sent then i had him refunded, this is 4th time and last time, he ghosted+sent bad account, i already bought 5 accounts i can show proof of transactions on my wallet + screenshot my convo with other sellers if required, ban this bitch or send me my refund, i will hunt you down personally if i dont see my refund

if you read the scsreenshots agreement was done on 10 days old USA bank verified account, rn this mf is trying to send me a random bank to link it on his dead new account myself there's no point of doing so i already bought 5 accounts i dont need new one anymore, you can clearly read where he said delivery will be done within 30 minute's then he ghosted for 17 hours, my work very important i bought 5 accounts from other seller right away, i stayed awake full night to work on my stuff and this clown violated his 30 minute's delivery word, i need refund
