Additional Information:the profile, and since we've done a ban in the past we agreed on $190. $100 now, $90 after completion. It's been a week since he said its been started. Just keeps making excuses and says he will check but never does. My mate then messaged him asking for a ban and how long it will take (4th screenshot), 24hrs max after submission. I am requesting a refund because i want to go with someone else. 

You can see in the screenshots that i deleted the txid, but you can see he responds with "alr alr" and agrees to delete messages. txid is: 1d921baeef662d4fb0e83b18a56c2ae391f272a34a5fc9b3ccfd18f7de914cd6
