This sellers thread says he does 1 year grok account upgrades, which is what i needed, i placed the order with him but instead of a 1 year subscription he made it a monthly subscription.
Obviously this isn't what i ordered so i asked him to do the entire 1 year upgrade, he didn't respond to this and just said "It works this way". Expecting me to be dependent on him and his credit card 24/7 for literally a year for no reason
Since he refuses to deliver the actual product i ordered, i ask him for a refund. He responds: "We cannot issue refunds after completion of delivery of product".
Im requesting a 90% refund, which is more then fair. This percentage takes into account the amount he paid for the monthly subscription.

I purchase the Subscriptions legally on my own Card, hence I have the Purchase Receipts available with me and I have set your account for monthly auto renewal on your same email pass until December 05, 2026. The auto renewal is set for the stated duration. Hence your Warranty is safe and you are still enjoying SuperGrok on your Email without any interruptions at all, as we speak and never had issues with it until now.
Additionally, I never mentioned in my Sale thread here or on my autobuy shop that I will prepay your account for the entire year. It will be monthly auto renewals on the same email. It is my choice how I pay the Billing and take care of the Subscription so you do not face a single problem during the entire 1 year Warranty duration. You do not have to worry about these Billing intervals and can leave it to me. That is my responsibility.
Since the payment to Grok was made from my end and the monthly auto renewal was already set and assigned on your email until December 05, 2026, you are now ineligible for a refund.

This cant be serious. Thats like going to a restaurant and ordering a pizza, but instead of giving you the entire pizza they give you one slice every 2 hours and at different locations as well. "It doesnt say in the menu that you get the pizza at once at the same restaurant"
You advertise it being a 1 year account upgrade, instead its 12x separate subscriptions of 1 month. (Which cant even be confirmed that it will be delivered at all)
This indicates that its an actual 1 year upgrade, its misleading if you proceed to make it a monthly subscription.
A refund for the remaining 11 months is the only fair solution here

You have to compare Apples to Apples and not Apples to Oranges. A food account is not the same as an AI Account upgrade.
It is only fair and reasonable of your Seller to renew Subscription on your account every month without losing Subscription for even a single moment throughout the entire duration of warranty, which is 1 year.

Also restating the fact that it was never mentioned in my Sale Thread or in my autobuy that I will prepay your account for one whole year. '/' is clearly indicated which means it can be either monthly based Subscriptions or yearly based and it is monthly based Subscription activated on your account.
Since I already uploaded all my Chat conversations with you in my previous post on this Scam report, it is clear that you never asked me or insisted me to do 1 year Prepaid upgrade before you made your payment to my, in which case I would have confirmed it or declined to your specific request accordingly.
Just so you know since the date I advertised Grok on this Forum, I also have other yearly clients whose Subscriptions also renew on monthly basis, with no issues or problems, sadly you are one unhappy customer.

If he does not provide me the info within 24 hours, I may not be able to cancel his Subscription / proceed with the balance refund. What do I do?
