 Hello,
I would like to file a report against a seller who misled me during the purchase process and wasted both my money and time.
When the seller demonstrated the program to me he showed CPM results in the 2k–4k range. I specifically asked what I needed to achieve similar results but the seller gave me no clear or detailed answer. Based on what I saw I made the purchase.
Initially, there was an issue with the RDP and even after it was fixed the CPM remained extremely low — only around 7 even on my own pc too. My own combo seller even told me this seller was likely a scammer.
To be sure I went ahead and purchased one of the best rated RDPs on the forum yet still didn’t get even close to what was shown during the demo it was max 75. When I confronted the seller he told me “You need a higher performance PC." But this is after I already bought what they told me would work. They were also trying to sell me another product instead of helping.
When I asked why they showed me a setup producing 2k+ CPM, but I was getting less than 100 they responded that it was using a solver — which they never told me during the demonstration. (+ his solver thing was free thing on github)
So essentially  product under false expectations and critical information was hidden.
The highest CPM I ever reached was around 75 and the product was completely useless for what I needed. The seller showed me one thing sold me another (OB Config) and now refuses to take responsibility. I couldn’t use the tool for anything and lost both time and money.
I’m not here to argue if the tool works under specific high end setups — but I was not told about those requirements. I bought it based on their misleading demonstration, and that is unacceptable.
This was dishonest sales behavior and I kindly request a refund.

The seller sent me a screenshot showing 2,000+ CPM as you can see which was the main reason I bought the tool. I made my decision based on what I was shown.. If you show someone a result visually and don’t clearly explain that it’s only possible with solvers or special conditions then you’re misleading the buyer.
I didn’t ask more questions because the result was already shown clearly. Why would I assume it’s fake or incomplete unless you told me? That’s not how honest selling works. Now It's up to mods they can check and say final decision.
