Additional Information: Mant3z has failed to deliver my payoneer account after 6 days, After almost 3 days he sent an account however I have never been able to login as they have security questions attached to them, Which he didn't give. He has not replied since asking for the security questions. Upon looking around in deal disputes this seems to be a very common theme where he does not deliver and my guess is he hopes people forget or don't know how to open a deal dispute and otherwise delivers very late or refunds. In this case it has taken so long that I'm going to purchase it somewhere legit and I will take a refund. Some of his scam reports:  1 2 3 4 5 6 7 that is 8 reports in a single month

Reports are less than 10% of total orders we have and when people see 1 report others panic and make one too. Anyway this report is irrevelant to you so I suggest you not to comment on other reports. which is breaking terms of the forum.

This report is not personal but as you no longer open telegram messages and kept stalling I felt like I had no choice as I tried solving it through tg

But I want a refund instead of a replacement as I can no longer have full confidence in the safety of the account and already went somewhere else as it took over 7 days. All will be good after refund
