No, he is still banned and wont be let back into my service but is asking for a refund.

Reason he cant go back is the scam report by @Ad7n (in my group), when he attempted to scam for the Valorant account by changing all info and not paying. Fortunately it was pulled back after this.

Also in my evidence on the thread here I provided evidence as to DMs I got from one of my customers where he had sent a DM to them from my server offering to do their refunds for them, after he knew they had one in process with me.

He was asking for upfront payment to do the refund, and the customer reached out with screenshots to show me.

Therefore, he is banned and I wont give him a refund as he is clearly a scammer on multiple occasions and most likely a multi, I cant refund him as I already taught everything and he had 2+ events of attempted scams.

@Kingpin Refund him within 24 hours. The scam report you are referring to he gave the account back. Since, you do not want him as client anymore. Refund him within 24 hours.

He can remain as a client - in DMs without access to the group.

He didnt give the account back - it was pulled back after he changed all info.

I do not see it fit to issue a full refund after he as already learned all info. In that case, he got all methods/info for free plus his $500 back.

I already provided evidence as to why he cant remain in the group - and proof of scam/sending unsolicited DMs to customers.

In this scenario, what am I supposed to do? Keep someone in the group after they have attempted to scam a member? (which wasnt returned, it was pulled back.)

Keep them in the group where they are a risk to other members as they have already proven to be untrustworthy multiple times?

Seems like an easy way for scammers to get free services. Join it, scam, not get in trouble for scamming, get kicked, ask for refund, get refund?
