Additional Information: I bought from this person a couple of times and received what I paid for in the past, this time he pretended he didn't receive the payment even though the transaction ID was broadcasted and confirmed. https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/b0902...c404c5045b

At this point he has wasted so much time that I chose to buy the leads from another seller instead, I have made it clear I will not accept these email leads if he tries to send them later, only a refund.

They are now claiming they are at work and keep saying to "wait" even though I've told them that it's completely unprofessional to take payment then just disappear for as long as they want. I do not have time to wait around for this to be delivered, if they even do deliver it. They had no problem talking a lot before I paid, and the second i paid, they disappeared and could no longer deliver the order...
