Additional Information:
On the 20th of May I bought a youtube premium upgrade via URL in his thread. He then requested me to contact him via discord, so I did and made a ticket to redeem my upgrade.
He then said it needs about 1 to 12 hours.
After 2 days I received a family upgrade link, but it did not work because the countries did not match. He told me to use VPN, so I did and it still didn't work.
He agreed that it doesn't work and promised me a solution, but from that moment it has been 9 days and he is completly ignoring me on discord. I did send him a message every day, but no response. Yet, he does reply to other messages on his discord and he is active on forum as well. He did now close my ticket on discord, but I have the screenshots above.

I can give more proofs if needed.

YOOOO ADMINS ITS A FAKE ACCOUNT its not my customer he's just trying to steal me money my customer has opened a thread on another forum and its solved now his account is fresh new and i have proof its not my customer i talked to him on discord

I am not a fake account, I did indeed initially report you on Patched.to but you did not reply and not intend to solve it so they perma banned you there.
Then, you did just re-open the ticket on discord (after you closed it) and now you are begging to ask admin to unban you because "you just forgot to refund me". Sure, you did forget it for 9 days in a row and you lied to admins on patched.to

And now you are lying to the admins on Cracked.st saying I am a fake account and I'm not your customer?
It's not solved yet, you are making up lies and scamming people.

You wrote to me on discord just now, and you are now lying to admins again.
