Additional Information: Bought $150 unregistered prepaid ending in 5742, It immediately delivered a card with a balance of $100 ending in 2734 which is wrong and not what I paid for so I checked the balance through the bot, and it shows $0 and a registered card. The original $150 card never came. You can see from the screenshots that all of the information checked happened within the same minute so it wasn't something that got moved around. He proceeds to tell me I am no longer welcome to use the bot, but then tells me he's going to refund me bot credits. Proceeds to NOT refund bot credits and hasn't responded in days. This has been an issue for basically a month now. Idc about not using the bot anymore, I just want a refund to LTC at this point.
