Additional Information:

I bought a Perplexity Max 12 months upgrade from him on May 25th, for 34.99€. He upgraded my account to Pro, and told me to wait 24 hours to get the Max upgrade. Stopped replying, and a few days later he kicked me out from his discord server and blocked me. Same story with a friend of mine, who also bought a Perplexity Max upgrade from him the next day (May 26th) and only got Pro upgrade.

I paid for Perplexity MAX upgrade, NOT PRO.

You only did an upgrade to Perplixity PRO, and told me to wait 24 more hours to upgrade from Pro to Max because "you had your Paypal banned and needed additional 24 hours before upgrading me to Max". The next day, you told me that you had exams and were a bit busy. Proof in screenshot...
If I needed a Pro upgrade, i would have bought the Pro upgrade. I need Perplexity Max, which is exactly what I paid for.

When someone buys "Perplexity Max 12 month upgrade" product on your website, and you upgrade him to Perplexity Pro only and then block him from Discord (in DM + server), this is a clear scam. Moreover, right after our discussion, you deleted the "Perplexity Max" product from your website and also the thread on Cracked.

Btw, in the screenshot, we can cleary see that you were supposed to upgrade the account to Perplexity Max but bought some time with excuses : "sorry i'm busy, i have my exams, i'll do it tomorrow".

If for some reason, you were not able to upgrade to Max anymore, you could simply tell me and refund me (fully or partially). But you prefered to stop replying and delete everything. Hopefully, I took screenshots.
