As i said and as i will keep saying i don't do frauds , this account is completly under my control and to fully verify this account at 100% i need to use a REAL SIM CARD PHONE NUMBER

You don't let people withdraw their funds from your website , as most of them will leave if they can't bypass their verification they won't try again if it didn't work for them.
S: You cannot bypass security check with paypal.They will only send SMS to original registered number not to a new number hence the "SECURITY CHECK"
