As you can see from the screenshot, the order shows "Order Paid" with status "On Verification – Waiting to Start..." and mentions a delivery ETA in the coming moments.
The order had a 12-hour timer provided by you. When the timer expired, I sent you a message asking for information, and he didn't reply in the next 5 hours.. for that since I had paid yesterday and never had his response or order I opened the dispute

I did not seen someone that impatient in a while.
I was just sleeping and did not replied for 4 hours due different timezone and order was placed just 17 hours ago. In this time I got multiple messages.

I'm starting to think buyer has a problem. He seemed scared and kept saying that I had scammed him, even though I had told him I would give him a refund. This can't be named a scam.

2. Buyer has the right of refund always which I would do Instant right now, but he left me negative vouch and -rep for no reason and I'm asking him to take off. He said I did not sent him an account and tells me I'm scammer just because I did not replied for 4 hours?
 This review and feedback are misleading buyers into thinking that I won’t deliver the products, given that we didn’t discuss any delivery timeline before the order was placed. Sunday we don't operate that fast, but on my site was clearly stated that "Delivery in the next moments".

I let admin to come with final response and I would like to be taken into account that no delivery date was specified at the time of purchase; the website stated "Delivery in the next moments" at order status and simply because I didn't respond for four hours, I was left with a negative review and a claim that I wouldn't send the products.

i'm willing to refund or deliver in the next hours for removal of my misleading -rep and vouch.

2. I waited more than 17 hours total. After the 12-hour timer expired with no account and no reply from you, I started messaging you. You ignored all my messages.
   
3. Only after many hours of silence (and after I already opened the dispute with Wise) you replied saying you won’t deliver because of the negative feedback.
   

I never received any account details from you at any point. That’s why I left the negative feedback — because the order was not delivered as promised.I am not going to remove the feedback while I still have nothing from you.I am happy to remove the negative vouch and feedback immediately once I receive one of the two things:

I agreed with seller with seller that the delivery will be made and the negative rep and vouch will be deleted.

I will need 5-6 hours for delivery.
