Additional Information: I ordered a cashapp BTC enabled account from this guy and he said the account will be delivered within 24h and that was 6 days ago. I kept asking for the account but he rarely replied with some lame excuse. Then I asked for a refund if he couldn't deliver and then he said he'd refund but no response yet even tho he was online on both Telegram and the forum. I need a refund. The whole conversation is in the screen record.
