Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $15 in missing service, $60 in unreliable listing not matching what is offered.
Screenshots of Communication: Seller's service went down with no announcement and the payment I successfully sent never went through. Seller has not responded once since contacting him both about the service itself and the unreceived tokens
Additional Information: Firstly, I am not asking for a refund on my existing tokens, as I have consumed some of them, but I have clear proof in my logs that his proxies fail to stay responsive enough to continue even one semi-demanding task and cannot process the information of more than 2 attached documents. I also have reason to believe the models getting called aren't the ones that are advertised or paid for, but I cannot prove that one. Even forcing thinking effort externally will return a subpar response for whatever model is called on. I have seen another report claiming the same, saying the model getting used by spookapi is not likely to be the model you chose - or a dumbed down version of it.

I am not claiming that he is a full-on scammer; his service is just notably unreliable and posssibly falsely advertised, and he offers virtually 0 support.
