Additional Information: As you can see in my screenshot (the previous tickets were closed, so the conversations were lost) I purchased a one-year Netflix upgrade on my personal account. The upgrade process they use doesn’t take more than 5 days. In the month and a half since I’ve had the service, I’ve had to ask them to reapply the upgrade 6 times—and that’s even though I was on vacation for 20 days.
I also purchased a one-year ChatGPT upgrade for my account. In the end, they couldn’t process it on my existing account even though they’d told me it was possible. They made me create a new account that had never had ChatGPT before. It took them 15 days to complete the upgrade, and ultimately, the upgrade only lasted one month. When I ask for the correct upgrade, they tell me I have to create a new account. I don’t want to have to create a new account—that’s why I use the method of getting free ChatGPT every month with new accounts. I paid for a one-year upgrade for a reason.
I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn’t issue one, so I’m simply asking that they provide the service properly—that they provide one year of service—without me having to request an upgrade every 3 days or switch ChatGPT accounts every month.
