Additional Information: Bought on Jan 22. Autobuy order details told me to contact on telegram. I was under the impression it was an autobuy, but whatever. Order details said the order would be delivered within 24 hours after contact, often sooner. Seller rarely responded to messages, and kept delaying. Its now been 2 weeks, and still has not delivered. Seller hasn't responded in 3 days now. No update, and had to push for anything to be said by the guy. I don't want the product anymore. Just refund me.

@Alex @KYCHub delivered account 4 hours past deadline even though I explicitly asked for a refund due to seller taking over 2 weeks to deliver, with lack of communication.

Provide full refund of $189.99 USD + any applicable transaction fees to the provided LTC address.

Seller was supposed to deliver within 24 hours according to order details. Seller missed original provided delivery time, and also missed his own 24 hour delivery timeline that he provided himself after dispute was opened. Its clear that the seller did not have the product ready during the sale, and did not communicate accurate delivery timelines throughout the entire exchange.

The seller knew that he couldn't deliver within the first 24 hours and yet still sold on the 24 hour delivery time anyway.

Now, the seller is refusing to provide the refund after the product is no longer needed.
