I initially purchased a PayPal business + crypto.com account and was told that he had it on hand and would deliver within an hour. Seller was very active in respond before the sale. As soon as payment was sent, he becomes hard to reach. After 3 days, the seller told me that he couldn't change the email on the PayPal account and needed to contact support. Throughout this, he keeps going online and offline but never reading my messages. I was offered a revolut account and various other offers, or just refund. I opted for the refund which he promptly sent.

Thereafter, the seller provided numerous other offers and was very active. Specifically, revolut + stripe for $499 USD. He accepted 8.9 ltc as payment, and it was sent promptly. He also stated that 30 day warranty is provided. Most importantly, he confirmed that he would deliver "rn", which implies instantly. Once again, he has now gone offline and has not came back after telling me to make an account for the emulator.

Its clear that this is standard practice with dragovix, where he takes your payment and begins ignoring you. While he offered a more than generous warranty of 30 days replacement for any reason, with his unreachability and unreliability, who knows if he would even keep that warranty.

Because of this, I'm requesting a full refund as I would not like to conduct business with someone with such business practices. I do not want the product any longer.

Please provide a full refund of 8.9 ltc and cover any applicable transaction fees.

I did not purchase from the website, and so the terms were not agreed to. Even if I had agreed to the terms, your terms clearly state that if its in stock, it would be delivered instantly. You said it was in stock. It was not delivered instantly. Therefore, you are still in breach of your own terms.

Please provide full refund to the LTC address provided.

To clarify, I did not agree to the terms and did not purchase from the site. All contact was done on telegram exclusively.

As well, the only reason why I bought from you here was because you said you can deliver "rn". I had someone else offering the exact same thing for the exact same price with a delivery timeline of 8 hours. You did not abide by the terms of the deal, so please provide full refund.

I will not use the product as I already bought from someone else.

It's clear that @Dragovix is refusing to abide by the terms that he laid out himself, and is using some terms that were never shown to me, never mentioned in the chat prior to this, and terms that I never agreed to as some sort of shield to allow him to say whatever he wants and get away with it.

He explicitly agreed to delivering rn. I explicitly asked and he explicitly said yes. I don't see how there's any further confusion.
