Additional Information: After paying for the 2TB iCloud plan, I waited over a year without receiving the service. During that time, I requested a refund, but it was refused on the basis that refunds were not offered, despite the service not having been delivered. Since then, the provider eventually activated the iCloud plan and renewed it for approximately four months. However, the service has now gone more than two months without renewal, and communication remains unreliable. I have repeatedly had to wait extended periods for updates or action regarding a service that I paid for. At this point, after ongoing delays, inconsistent service delivery, and continued communication issues, I no longer have confidence that the service will be maintained as promised and am submitting this report.
