Moderators, the OP is clearly upset and demanding a refund, but the partnership ended due to ongoing issues I couldn’t support anymore. Refund decisions lie solely with the prepaid world owner who controls the funds and handles those requests. The bot remains operational and continues delivering cards, so claims that everything is lost are inaccurate. If the OP wants a refund, they need to contact the owner directly. I have been transparent about my role and limitations and refuse to be dragged into unproductive back-and-forth. It would help if the moderators could close this or direct the OP to the right contact to move things forward!
