Additional Information: Minor communication with the user was through Telegram (which is the screenshot provided under the video), though I made sure to use Cracked.io's PM system to conduct the business, as displayed in the video proof. I consulted @Liars for guidance regarding the matter since @Bears left me on read (on Telegram) and went completely silent. I provided @Liars with the same information as provided in this thread. Liars instructed me to open a scam report as soon as possible, so here I am.

I have also received a response from @Bears now (2 hours ago). The response was a screenshot of them having sent the payment.

Also, to @Bears assuming he is reading this: Do not ghost next time. I can 100% understand priorities, personal matters, life occupying your time, but not without providing a single response after payment. You read the message but decided to respond to it. Regardless of whatever excuse or reason you have, that remains to be suspicious and inconsiderate. Just respond next time, at the very least. Better yet, finalize the deal instead of stalling until you are threatened with a scam report. You have a very established profile, just conduct proper business.
