Started working with Robin Dood, signed up to the betting sites as requested, everything was perfect from my end. The agreed deal is that I open legit accounts and we do a profit split. Robin Dood's thread explicitly mentions "You should be able to earn around 100$ - 1000$+ per account depending on the situation." Did 2 accounts initially as he asked, deposited money as he asked. He placed a bet and put in a cash in request on one account which was denied, and that account was subsequently banned or limited. OK, fine, moving on, no complaints. He asked to open two more, did exactly that and put in my own money. Both accounts got limited and banned. 0 profits still. In total, 4 accounts were opened, 3 were banned and limited, and 1 account, he simply did not use. As the bookmakers here are usually the same companies, getting banned or limited means that you get banned or limited from ALL their sites. I told Robin that I understood that the accounts would get banned but after a profit. 3 accounts getting banned with 0.00 profit was simply unacceptable, and that too, with me being banned from ALL their sites in the future as well. Robin asked to open scam report. Here we are. 

Another issue with this is that Robin does not make mention, not at all, in his T&C or anywhere else that you would need to burn through x number of accounts before you can return a profit. If he did, I would not have proceeded as I do not want to get banned by bookmakers for 0 profit, thereby restricting my ability to earn profit in the future too, through another service perhaps.

I'm too tired, I'll be quick. Also, please let's finish and close this quickly it looks bad for my reputation.

I've got nothing special to say, the guy is braindead, asking for some imaginary money, I've got a full transcript saved on my side if any of the staff wants to take a look, you can dm me here or somewhere else if you still have my personal tg.

He is indeed unlucky and had a bad start like some other people happen to do too, which can be normal, some accounts get restricted before we even make the profits, this all changes eventually obv.
I don't have T&C, I have faq, in faq it says that you should be able to make 100+ per acc, not that it's guaranteed, it also clearly says that every account gets restricted at one point. The only guarantee is clients not losing any money.
Btw, none of his accs got "banned" they just simply got limited for sports betting.

Robin has removed me from the server, not sure if the transcript he sends you will be accurate anyway. He did say he would keep me in the server and keep my ticket alive until this is resolved, which is just another lie at this point from Robin.

Obviously, burning through 4 accounts when bookmakers are owned by the same company, with 0 profit, is still a loss. Even if Robin is not here tomorrow, another offer might be, and because my accounts are limited (this is the same thing as being banned, they will reduce your stakes to $1 and you can't do anything with the account), I can't make use of these accounts. 

I simply told Robin that if I made atleast some money, this would have been different. That is the implicit promise Robin makes. Robin's thread on cracked would have you believe that for each account you contribute, you will make money. Otherwise, the offer of increased splits on the profits do not even make sense. What if 5 accounts get burnt without profit? Would Robin still give you 50/50? No. He would not.

@BlzArl you're not entitled to a refund
The arrangement was a high-risk profit-split model dependent on third-party betting platforms. The accounts were restricted by the bookmakers, not shown to be caused by any proven misconduct from the seller. No explicit guaranteed profit per account was breached, and there is insufficient evidence of scam behavior or fund misappropriation by @robin_dood.
