I would like to open a dispute regarding an unpaid advertising deal with this member.
The user purchased my signature advertising spots on two forums in December and successfully completed the payment for that month. He then renewed the advertisement again for January, and the payment was completed without any issues.
At the beginning of February, I contacted him to confirm whether he wanted to renew the signature spots again. He clearly confirmed that he wanted to continue the advertisement for February.
However, since then, no payment has been made.
For the past three weeks, the member has continuously delayed the payment while repeatedly saying that he would "pay soon." Despite multiple reminders, the payment was never completed.
After three weeks of delays, instead of sending the payment, he replied with:
"hi bro i am waiting ur profile to get more views daily"
At this point, the advertisements were still active, meaning he continued receiving exposure and benefits from the paid signature spots without paying for the current month.
I believe this behavior shows bad faith and intentional delay while still benefiting from my advertising service.
I am requesting staff assistance to resolve this situation and take appropriate action regarding the unpaid February advertisement period.
