At the beginning, he provided plenty of support and everything seemed fine. However, his excuse later became: "I am working on version 2.0 of the guide and I'm very busy" (a guide that, to this day, has still not been released, nor has his community). Now, he doesn't even bother to reply.

He told me to let him know if I was eligible for a refund. He states the requirements are: (https://themodellabs.com/refund/)

- You don't make any money in 30 days, showing proof that you have not generated any revenue.

- You asked for help and fully cooperated with the guidance provided.

- You showed significant effort by following the guide, setting up marketing methods for at least 21 days, and maintaining consistent content generation.

I already sent him proof meeting these conditions. To avoid publicly exposing any of his methods, I am willing to send all the evidence and the full chat history privately to a Staff member.

Crypto address for a refund: He can choose whichever one he prefers; I am open to whatever he wants to send to avoid fees.

Hey,

I require from you a video of the platform earnings dashboard (like Fanvue) showing $0 revenue over the 30 days in a period where you consistently did 21 days of posting content. I haven't received any dashboard videos showing this yet

I haven't been provided with the Fanvue username or any social media handles used for marketing. Without knowing the actual accounts, I can't verify account ownership or confirm that marketing was consistently done for 21 days. Also a proof that account is aged would be perfect (so we avoid abuse of creating a new account just for showing $0 revenue   )

I’m glad the buyer noted that I provided plenty of support early on, the buyer did send over some screenshots of their AI model character, which is a great start, but just having the model images doesn't show whether marketing methods were run or what the actual revenue was

Until those basic verification details are provided, I cannot provide a refund based on my terms
