Additional Information: About a month and a half ago, I commissioned a website from this user, and everything was fine at first. They responded quickly, and communication was good until the day the website was finished. Since then, the site has had constant bugs and errors, which has negatively impacted my business this past month. I've contacted the user but haven't received a response. Currently, the website I paid for is not working, and I've tried contacting them without success. I haven't been able to sell anything due to the recurring bugs, and I want a full refund.

Hello,
1. We delivered the website as promised. He has been using the website for weeks, took payments through the website from his customers, delivered items and been using it perfectly fine.

2. Currently website shows 'This deployment is temporarily paused' which occurs because he had too many traffic or he haven't paid the subscription for hosting. (judging from his behavior i guess he didn't want to pay the subscription either and he now try to show that as a issue from my side) Subscription price was showed and explained to him before making this.

3. Now he expects me to add new features and provide free lifetime support for the website which we never agreed on. Regardless of this I added more features and helped through the issues at beginning but its too much now. I offered him a maintance package if he want free maintance + new features according to his requests but he don't want that either.

First of all, the user asked if the hosting and domain were free, and the user said yes, so the hosting problem isn't mine but his, since he's hosting the website. Even though he said the domain was free, I had to pay for it. Here's the proof: https://imgur.com/a/3cPGKUl

Here's the proof. The user doesn't even know what they're saying. I want a full refund. I tried to resolve this with the user, and as the screenshots above show, they ignored me.
