Additional Information: Seller said their customer support is fast but I am asking him to replace the netflix account which stopped working since June 25.  Upon writing this, the seller did not replied.

Same situation here. I've been waiting for a replacement for over a month. The seller keeps making excuses about his supplier being slow to delay the process. This is clearly a scam workflow. He needs to be banned from the marketplace to protect other users.
