[Question] openbullet 2 exclude from VPNs

I've been trying recently so hard to exclude openbullet 2 from VPNs but excluding the exe files isn't enough and it will still use the vpn...
there is no option to exclude the dll files in most vpns anyone know a solution about that?

Thank you for the clarification, is there any vpn at all that can do that step though that I can use for other process but at the same moment exclude openbullet 2 from it?
