A lightweight Windows desktop tool that scrapes free proxies from a large set of sources and checks them for you — all in one app, no setup required.

Features

• Scrapes from ~90 built-in HTTP sources plus 3 browser-based sources (hide.mn, spys.one, cyber)
  
• Checks each proxy live: working status, protocol (HTTP / HTTPS / SOCKS4 / SOCKS5), anonymity level (Transparent / Anonymous / Elite), country, latency, and whether it needs auth
  
• Country flags per proxy, with an automatic geo fallback so lookups keep working even under rate limits
  
• Filter by country, protocol, anonymity, and visibility; live search
  
• Export results to TXT or CSV (all protocols or a single one)

Requirements

• Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
  
• Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge — only needed for the browser sources (hide.mn / spys.one / cyber). Edge is preinstalled on every Windows, so it works out of the box. Everything else runs without it.
  

Quick Start

1. Put ProxyScraper. exe in its own folder (browser profiles and saved proxy files are created next to it, so a dedicated folder keeps things tidy).
   
2. Launch it. On first run a short welcome guide appears — you can reopen it anytime via the ? button in the top-right corner.
   
3. Click Scrape to collect proxies from the enabled sources.
   
4. Click Check to test them — status, anonymity, country, and latency fill in.
   
5. Use the filters (country, protocol, anonymity, visibility) or the search box to narrow the list.
   
6. Click Export to save the results as TXT or CSV.
   

Tips

• Threads auto-adjust to your CPU; on weaker machines a lower thread count is normal and keeps things stable.
  
• If country/flags ever come up blank, the free geo service is briefly rate-limiting your IP — wait a bit and they'll return.
