Premium No Longer On my Profile?

Hey, I posted this already a couple of weeks ago and it appears the thread I posted was deleted and I never got to see the response. If an admin or moderator responds to this, can you please send me a private message so it doesn't disappear. I am wondering why my upgrade was gone even though I paid for it? I have the premium badge ON My profile to show that I upgraded, I'm confused.

How long ago did you pay for it? It may be the case it's been a month and your subscription has run out.

When I paid for it, I believe it was lifetime, it didn't go away after a month, I had it for a year+

Ah, premium now lasts only a month, however I believe that change was implemented a while ago. Like a WHILE ago. Just wait for staff but I do not think you will get premium anymore. Worth a shot though I guess.
