Hello, happens to me everytime on any paypal account, tried a business account but still same problem
is there a way to fix that?

You just have to wait, PayPal always does checks like this to make sure nothing illegal or bad is happening. It happens often with un-verified accounts (just an account without a valid card) just be patient and the money will arrive eventually :)

Verify some details with them, they may be doing checks to see if it's operated by a bot.

Unverified or lor verification acc does that.
Or (in my case happend) transfer of $1000/+
Is your acc validated only with cc?
