[Image: pepeclap2.gif] NIKE REFUND METHOD

1. Keep the item (preferably only one item per order) in your cart for approximately 24 hours.

2. Purchase the item after the 24-hour shipping period has elapsed. If the delivery person

asks you whose name it is, say so, but don't say it's you. For example, say it's your brother.

3. Once it arrives, it takes approximately 1 to 24 hours for it to appear as delivered in the

Nike app.

4. Once it's marked as delivered, you must call this number and have this information ready.

(LOOK UP THE CURRENT NIKE PHONE NUMBER ONLINE)

ORDER DETAILS:

Order number

Name of the order

Tracking number

Email

Phone number

Date marked as delivered and approximate time.

5. Once you dial, you will say this (say it in your own words)

WHAT WILL YOU SAY ON THE CALL?

Hello, good morning. I'm contacting you because today around (insert time) I received a

Notification that my order had been delivered. I was at home, so I went out to see if

the delivery person was out or if someone had taken it. I went out but didn't find anyone.

I immediately asked several neighbors, but they mentioned they hadn't seen any parcel service,

much less had they picked it up. This situation has me a little worried.

Because it's a gift for my brother, and I need it almost urgently. I don't know if it's a

system glitch or something like that, but I hope you can help me with this misunderstanding. 6. Once I've said this, they'll ask you for the information I mentioned above and tell you they'll start an

investigation.

7. The call will end here, and they will contact you via email, stating that

they will respond within 2 to 5 business days.

8. After these days have passed, they will notify you, giving you two options: either a direct refund to your

original payment method or a replacement pair of cards sent to your home.
