Make a new rule for giveaways

Make a minimum requirement for being able to paticipate in giveaways

 

that thay must have at least one of the following:

Upgrade (Premium, Infinity, Supreme)
or
a minimum of 30 threads
or
100 likes

There are too many leechers and Multi accounting just posting in Giveaways.

Also, when making a giveaway thread, the user chooses the end date and @Leechometer automatically chooses the winner the end date.
