Additional Information: I bought from 7 June, I tried many days it not working, I'm trying to log in to the seller's warranty service, but I can't even access the login panel. The seller has also stated in the channel that this service is no longer available. I'm requesting a refund.

Hi ,

Kiro product was only the product listed in shop without warranty , when we added the stock , we already said "Use the credits right away when you buy it because method can get patched at anytime and remember "We're not responsible". So buying this product is at your OWN risk.

This is already in description of the product again in both English and Russian in case you're russian.

In the image you sent of chat , you did not show my last message in which I forwarded the message about Kiro. This way you are trying to make this DD in your favor. Also the last message after my forwarded message , I did not reply to it because you did not even read what I have said.
You also said that bought in 7 june , but you actually bought in 6 june and you messaged me in 9 june. So 3 days passed and you're "trying" to login?

The message that I sent in my channel explains that if you get that error it means the account is dead and there is nothing I can do.

Also yes I said I will remove it because I felt like customers wont like providing a product without warranty.


Sadly there is nothing I can do , I did not commit any mistake here.

After reviewing both sides, the verdict is no refund / closed case.
 
The seller has provided proof that the product was listed/sold without warranty and that buyers were warned to use the credits immediately, as the method could be patched at any time. The seller also stated that the product was bought on June 6 and the buyer only contacted him on June 9, meaning several days had already passed before the issue was reported.
In this type of product, if the seller clearly disclosed before purchase that there is no warranty and that the product is sold at the buyer’s own risk, staff cannot hold the seller responsible for the product becoming dead/invalid after purchase, unless the buyer can prove it was already non-working at the moment of delivery.
 
The buyer has not provided enough proof that the product was dead immediately upon purchase/delivery. The current evidence points more toward a no-warranty product/method becoming patched or unusable after the sale.
Therefore, no refund will be required and the case is closed.
