I'm opening this because Trial Moderator K3MO (uid 1118893, https://cracked.st/K3MO) is using mod privileges to wipe my legitimate marketplace threads while posting duplicate spam on their own account. This ain't moderation, this is personal bias and taking out competition.
What happened:
K3MO deleted all 21 of my marketplace threads. All of them. Products, Accounts, Services, gone. And it's not just threads, it's all the customer reviews, all the vouches, all the reputation I built with buyers. When a new client asks me "got any reviews?" or "show me your vouches", I got nothing to show them. Because K3MO nuked everything without a single word of explanation. No PM, no rule citation, nothing. Just poof, weeks of building trust, gone.
And my warning level jumped from 30% to 60%. One more strike and I'm permabanned.
About my first ban:
I'm not gonna sit here and pretend I did nothing wrong the first time. July 16, I got caught posting duplicates, I got a 7 day ban, I took it like a man. Lesson learned. I came back and did everything differently.
What I did this time:
One product = one thread = one section. No duplicates. No cross-posting. Each thread is a completely different product with its own description, pricing and features. Claude Max, Cursor, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, these are all different products. Different platforms, different everything. That's not spam, that's how a marketplace works. What am I supposed to do, dump 20 products into one thread titled "selling accounts" so nobody can find anything?
So tell me, what rule did I break? What justifies nuking everything and pushing me to 60%?
K3MO's own threads, verified duplicate spam:
Funny thing is, while K3MO deletes my threads for "duplicates", their own thread history (1,211 threads btw) is full of them. I checked, every link below is confirmed authored by K3MO, all still live:
Coreproxy.io cross-posted in Products AND Services: https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=1908422 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2002988 Same title, same product, two categories. Both live.
"3000 Socks4 Residential Proxies" posted 3 times in Proxies: https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2025358 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2019937 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2015671 Identical title, same section, 3 threads. All live.
"6000 HTTPS Residential Proxies" posted twice: https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2025355 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2013405 Copy paste, same section. Both live.
"3000 Socks5 Residential Proxies" posted twice: https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2015877 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2021070 Same deal. Both live.
"DONE" posted 6 times across 2 sections: https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2127525 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=2058630 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=1992397 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=1975791 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=1838475 https://cracked.st/showthread.php?tid=1896725 Six threads titled "DONE". Spam by any definition. All live.
The double standard:
K3MO posts exact duplicates, same title, same content, same section? No problem, all live, zero warnings.
I post 21 different products, each in one section, zero duplicates? All deleted, 60% warning, reviews gone, vouches gone, clients asking for proof and I got nothing to show.
Bro is literally doing the thing he banned me for, but worse, and on a mod account. If rules mean anything they apply to mods too. Either K3MO deletes their own dupes and issues themselves warning points, or the admin team does it for them. Rules are rules, for everyone.
And I'm not even talking about the other sellers I can see right now with obvious cross-posted dups. One guy has 23 threads across all 3 sections, all live, no warnings. I'm not asking to punish anyone, I'm asking why it's only me getting clapped.
I pay for my status. I want to run a clean business. I already took my L for the first offense and fixed my approach. But getting hit again, harder, for doing what everyone else does, while the mod himself spams dups with zero consequences? That's not rule enforcement, that's a vendetta.
I'm asking the admin team to:
Review what K3MO did to my account
Check the duplicate threads listed above, all verified, all still live
Tell me which rule I actually violated
If posting duplicates is against the rules, maybe enforce that on the mod too
