Nowadays banks must send an SMS to authorize transaction - so u can’t do UT chargeback this way.
The address verification shouldn’t be happening any longer since this SMS verifies if it’s a legitimate use of the card.

they like mining data and also they not only want to avoid credit card fraud also refunders since it's harder for regular plebs to create new accounts without knowing how a fraud risk works
