I paid for my upgrade about 2 days ago, opened 2 threads on "Forum support & Bugs" with my txid and I seem to be getting ignored?
Should I DM anyone about this? Pardon my ignorance, I really don't know.
I apologize if there are that many tickets/threads to deal it that no support could even check mine, I am opening this because I see no other option lol

Is any staff even online?
