How about an escrow system?
There's a section where you can create a thread.
You enter the two usernames in the title and the details (what, how much) in the thread.
A BTC address is then automatically sent where the buyer deposits the money (1% fee for cracked.sh).
Afterwards, the seller can see the amount via TXID and send their goods to the buyer.
If the buyer is satisfied, they write "Pay out to seller," and the seller posts their address in the thread.
If the buyer is dissatisfied, they can report it, and a moderator can review it.
This significantly reduces the risk of being scammed, and you only pay a small amount.

You pay a 1% fee to the site for the privilege of using this service, and each wallet is created anew, meaning each thread is a new BTC wallet.
It's best to password-protect the thread so that only the moderators and buyers/sellers can see it (moderators can report it).
