port forwarding my guy , usually a static IP but this can also be done with a web server

How do i understand this and do so i can rat a friend as fast as possible?

Well u either call ur provider to make a static IP and open a port or use a VPN which has porforwarding option

Do you mind sharing it? Probably we can see some option similar to pastebin which will work without port forwarding
