We run multiple creator accounts and need someone who can hold real conversations and sell content naturally through DMs.
What the job actually is: You chat 1-on-1 as the creator's persona. You build relationship, read the fan, and sell PPV scripts through conversation. Not copy-paste. Not robotic. Real dialogue that converts.
What you'll be doing:
● Managing DM conversations across active fans daily
● Selling PPV content (scripts) through natural conversation flow
● Re-engaging cold/quiet fans
● Following our system — we train you fully on CRM, content vault, and scripts
Pay structure:
● $500/month base (guaranteed)
● Daily commission on chat revenue — % increases as you generate more
● Realistic target: $1,700–$2,100/month once you're comfortable
● Maximum: ~$6,000/month
Requirements:
● Fluent English, strong writing instincts
● Comfortable with adult content and explicit topics
● 10h/day, EST hours (7AM–midnight window)
● Reliable internet, private workspace
● Discipline — this is a real full-time job, not occasional gig work
