Additional Information: decided to try out @fivios ftid.bz, had a label that his chat kept saying would be dropped within 24 hrs.. days later they "refunded" my order back into thier sites wallet. When asked how i can withdraw my eth (since thier service isnt working) they ghosted me.

Hi, just to clarify Fedex Canada is currently not working, this issue isn't only on my side every boxer has the same issue. I refunded thru your on-site balance which is our standard procedure but I can definitely refund you via ETH if you prefer. To do so I need your wallet which you haven't sent me or my support agent. Also we didn't ghost you, my current support agent is online 12h a day and you messaged while he was afk hence why he didn't reply in time. I apologize for the delay/confusion and I'll be waiting for you ETH address so I can issue you a refund.
