Additional Information: I paid the seller $220 for a Claude 20x upgrade on my own email, with a promised delivery time of 24–48 hours.
After the deadline passed, the seller informed me that he couldn't complete the upgrade and offered a different account instead.
I agreed to try it, but the login credentials he provided did not work.
On October 10, he promised to refund me the next day if the issue remained unresolved.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received neither a working product nor my $220 refund.
