Software License & Ownership
The delivered platform is licensed to the customer for personal or commercial use on their own server. The customer receives full access to the code and may run, modify, and operate the platform without restrictions for their own business.
Resale & Distribution
The customer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of the software, its source code, or any derivative of the core system without written permission from the developer.
Frontend Customization
Each client receives a unique frontend design. The exact frontend created for a client will not be resold to another client in the same form.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital development work, payments are non-refundable once development has started.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, system architecture, core source code, and underlying framework remain the property of the developer. The purchase of this project does not grant exclusive ownership of the software itself.
Developer Rights
The developer retains the right to continue developing, modifying, licensing, and selling the software or similar systems to other clients.
Third-Party Services
Some features may require third-party API providers. These services may require separate accounts, payments, and terms from their provider. The developer is not responsible for pricing, downtime, or policy changes of third-party services.
