Decrypt Chrome Cookies

Hi,

Is there any working method to decrypt cookies file on latest chrome version (v131.0.6778.XXX+)?

cookies database are located here:

Code:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Network\Cookies

And the (encrypted) key that most probably encrypt the "value" field in the database is located here:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Local State
