Additional Information: Bought over 25 Netflix upgrades, asked him if there is any revoke chance, he said very rare and that he will instantly replace if it happens. He fixes a few upgrades when they dropped, but he always takes over 2 WEEKS to fix them. I want them all fixed today OR a refund.
