Additional Information: Some time before the forum seizure (I think), I bought two builds from Interstellar’s bot. (one for me,one for my friend)
At the time, a single build was around $30, if I remember correctly. That was more than a year ago.
It was only the V1 of Shy miner, but he was already advertising it as a FUD miner and saying it was a one-time purchase with no additional investment required. At that time, he had no TOS at all regarding the detections,absolutely none.
I want to point out that he never changed the design of his thread, but in it he clearly states that everything is Fully Undetected, that it is premium-quality code, written in Rust, and so on.
To be very clear: his code is bad, poorly written, and I was never able to spread it on my side. Everything gets detected. I even tried buying a crypter for one of the two builds, but the result was the same: nothing changed. One week later, the build was detected again.
Not long after the seizure, Interstellar’s bot and Telegram account were completely deleted, so there was no way to contact him anymore.
I only recently found out that the forum had reopened (and Interestellar is still scamming people with his miner), which is why I decided to finally open this DD today.

Same as stated in the previous DD reply (https://cracked.st/Thread-Scam-report-ag...terstellar), there is no service on forums selling FUD that covers heuristics, since it is required to mask your file every few days when it is not EV-signed. This is not my choice, this is how the market works. Considering that this is a per-build service, heuristics cannot realistically be covered, and I clearly state this in:
The sales thread.
The Telegram bot ToS before purchasing, and again during the building process before spending the build credit (the customer can still request a full refund if the build credit has not been used).
Public warnings about heuristics were provided three separate times.
Additionally, purchasing bad crypters that do not make the file bypass heuristics is not related to ShyMiner’s quality, so I don’t understand your point here.
Your claim about my code quality is not accurate at all. The OP is not able to see my miner’s code, as it is compiled in Rust.
My Telegram has been fully accessible for the last six months, and it has been the only method to purchase my service (@MurphDev on Telegram) since the forum was taken down and my bot went offline for safety. Additionally, there is the public chat group in my signature, which I own, where I discuss things with members on a daily basis, and OP seems to never searched for, never joined and never tried to contact me in Telegram or in Cracked PM's for support or questioning.

First, I want to address the multi accusation. I am not related to the user mentioned in the other DD, and I am not using multiple accounts. I simply opened this dispute to report my own experience after realizing that the forum had reopened. If staff needs verification, they are free to check.
Now regarding your reply.
When I purchased the builds, there were no clear TOS about heuristics or detections visible at the time of purchase. The product was advertised as a FUD miner (thread design and title) and a one-time purchase, which is the main reason I decided to buy it.
You keep focusing on heuristics, but that is not the only type of detection. I am also referring to static detections. The builds I received were detected by most antivirus engines (high score on VT and kleenscan after 48hrs,but i didnt even start to spread it), including Windows Defender.
In practice, when a product is advertised as FUD, buyers expect it to be undetected by antivirus engines at the time of delivery. If the file is already detected by most AV engines, calling it FUD is misleading regardless of heuristics.
Furthermore, you are now hiding behind TOS that were added recently, but these did not exist on your sales thread at the time of purchase. When I bought the builds, there was no mention of limitations, detection issues, or refunds for detected files. Using these TOS to defend your product now is misleading and does not change my experience at the time.
From my side, the builds were detected very quickly and were not usable. I even tried using an external crypter for one of the builds to rule out other factors, but the result was the same — the file became detected again shortly after.
Regarding contact, the forum was seized in January 2025, which is around the period when I had purchased the builds (maybe few weeks before).
After that, your bot disappeared and there was no clear way to contact you from my perspective. You mention that your Telegram has been accessible for the past six months and that there is a public group, but that does not change the situation at the time. Additionally, I was banned from your Telegram group, so contacting you through that channel was not possible for me.
I only recently discovered that the forum had reopened and that you were still selling this miner, which is why I decided to open this dispute now.
My goal here is simply to report my experience with this purchase.

For clarification, the ToS was always present since the launch of ShyMiner and it was a requirement to agree before acessing any kind of menu in the bot. If OP ever purchased, the ToS was accepted and any customer who purchased when the bot was online can confirm it was a requirement. Claiming it was not present is directly misleading and confirms your intentions here.
If you ever had statical detections you should contact me, on Cracked PMs, on Telegram PMs or my public chat group, all of them are verified in a daily basis. In any case, after several months your build is expected to start getting detected over time.
The public group was created after forum got relaunched, and was only advertised here. If you joined the group, you already had an account here and had time to contact me. Additionally, I never block customers no matter what they do. There's 0 contacts blocked in my telegram, confirming you didn't tried to seek for help.
@Alex this is pure bullshit, and I'm pretty sure he's not even a real old customer. He's most likely just a multi of the other guy or a friend trying to take advantage of the DD system
First, I am a legitimate old customer. I purchased two builds of V1 ShyMiner before the forum seizure in January 2025. Claims that I am a multi-account or a friend exploiting the DD are false.
The ToS you mention did not exist at the time of purchase and cannot retroactively justify misleading advertising.
You focus on heuristics, but I am talking about static detections. The builds were detected by most antivirus engines, including Windows Defender, within 48 hours, not “after several months” as you claim.
After the forum seizure, your bot and Telegram account were inaccessible, and I was banned from your public group few months later, so contacting you was impossible (and i didnt want to).
The builds were quickly detected and unusable, even with an external crypter. This report is about misleading FUD claims and non-functional builds, nothing else.

Calling it “ragebait” doesn’t change the facts, detected by most AVs within 48 hours ≠ FUD (wtv u say)
Honestly, I don’t even need a refund.
I just want people to understand that the miner is really bad,useless and barely usable, and that the “FUD” claim is misleading.
Ideally, the mods should require you to remove the term “FUD” from your thread since it’s clearly not accurate.
