Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1x Okx account( I was buying 1 account for a discounted price since I have been a returning customer.) I ordered initally 1 binance account but because he couldn't complete a binance account, I added a few $ to get a ByBit and one okx account aswell. I have received the ByBit account but I have now been waiting for 1 month for the Okx account. I have not got any responses whatsoever since 2 weeks now. He is dodging me and I really view this now as a scam. 2 weeks no answer. Account ordering was 1 month ago. I asked for refund instead for the time being since he seemed unable to complete the order but he has ignored me since..

Additional Information: I would love to have my okx account instead of my money back since I need the okx account. I do not know why he selctively chose to do this against me, really disrespectful and dishonest behaviour. For the time being I would like a refund since he is ignoring me and I do not feel like I can trust this guy anymore.
