Seller keeps delaying and being a dickhead. Every single time he delivers no functional and bad accounts . If sellers says will deliver in "1hr" max . He wont . I waited 5 days after warning him and opening a dispute. This behavior is what leads to degradation of this fourm. Im a very busy man and 20$ is nothing to me. but i would never let scammers like this wander around , he delayed 13 days for a simple replacement
