I'm looking to buy a bank account either from the EU or USA which allows a generous number of VCCs to be generated. The VCCs need to work with any address and be working for AWS account creation. If you don't know if the cards work for AWS, I can test and confirm, and if it works I'll buy an account. Wise and Revolut definitely do not work.
