Best roadmap to learn coding?

Hey, im new to the topic Coding and wanted to ask for some help maybe someone can help me out and tell me things i could improve my way of learning.
Currently im learning C#, what i want to do in the future : Cheats (GUI), Account Checker, some Windows Applications to make some Tasks Easier.

Maybe Someone could help me withit.
