Banner bought on 22 January, still not active

i have bought a banner (home screen) on 22 January and paid 530 euro. 
every week i see a new deadline. 

It can't be that my deadline keeps getting pushed back every week. I bought the banner 2.5 months ago and I still don't see it on my home screen. How is that possible? I'm starting to get really frustrated.
